NOT ONLY DID IT HELP JUMPSTART MY CAR, IT ALSO FULLY CHARGED 2 LAPTOPS ( ONE AT A TIME) AND 2 PHONES (SAME TIME). I MADE SURE ALL PORTABLE DEVICES WERE COPLETEY DRAINED OF POWER BEFORE CHARGING.Wonderful product! Easy to use and always comes in handy!Tried to jump start 10 times with no use.When I opened the package, there was a second layer of tape on the seals(..not a good sign), and dirt encrusted on the inner packaging. After sliding it out of its protective sleeve, I noticed that the screen was displaying obvious damage to the internal mechanisms. Very obviously a used item that had been repackaged and sent along as new. Zero stars, if I could.This is an awesome gadget, especially if you’re traveling. It does it all! I’ve actually used it to jump a car, and it’s incredibly easy. You simply turn it on, it automatically reads the voltage of the battery, and the “jump” button flashes, then you simply press it and it’s powered. And it has the charging option, too, so you can leave it on, if your battery needs more power. I love not having to ask strangers for a jump. Since I’m a woman, I feel much safer that way, too. And it’s small enough to store in your glove compartment. The unit itself has a very long battery life, too.And the fact that it also charges your phone, or any number of other devices, makes it the perfect item to bring on any car trip, long or short. It’s well worth the price. It provides many services and peace of mind!
